This notice explains how MTRX LLC handles information you share through this interest form.
What we collect
We collect your first and last name, email address, strongest current interest, professional persona, any optional note you provide, and whether you request email updates. We also keep submission timestamps and limited campaign information, such as UTM tags and a referring website's domain.
Why we collect it
We use these details to understand interest in MTRX and LUT.link, confirm receipt, respond to your expressed interest, and send occasional updates when you request them. Choosing a project, beta, partnership, or collaboration interest does not automatically subscribe you to updates.
Who helps us operate the site
Cloudflare provides website hosting, database storage, and security services, including Turnstile. Cloudflare processes technical request information to deliver and protect the site. MTRX's lead database does not store your IP address, browser user-agent, or Turnstile token.
Resend sends request confirmations and internal inquiry notifications, and manages requested email updates. Confirmation emails use your email address and selected interest. For project, partnership, and collaboration inquiries, an internal email to MTRX includes your name, email address, selected interest, professional persona, and optional note so we can respond. We do not include your note in your automated confirmation or send campaign history to Resend. When you opt in to updates, we also share your name and email address for that purpose. You can unsubscribe using the link in an update. An unchecked box on a later interest submission does not unsubscribe an existing subscription.
Analytics and cookies
We have not enabled an analytics service, advertising pixels, session replay, or marketing cookies on this site. Security services may process information needed to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse.
Retention and deletion
We retain your details while they are needed to respond to your interest and provide requested updates. You may request access, correction, or deletion. We will review requests and remove information that is no longer needed, subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations.
